1992-1993: Research assistant at the Department of Systems Engineering at the Research Institute of Chemical Engineering of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Veszprém.

1993-1996: Ph.D. student of mathematics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, József Attila University, Szeged.

1996-2001: Assistant professor at the Juhász Gyula Teachers' Training College, University of Szeged.

2001-2006: Associate professor at the Juhász Gyula Teachers' Training College, University of Szeged.

2006-         : Professor at the Gyula Juhász Faculty of Education, University of Szeged.
