        Special emphasis is put on several interpretative properties of physical and linguistic semiotic aspects of the vehicles formed by modern printing technique, typography, etc. through an analysis of representative – according to the author’s opinion – pages chosen from the Esterházy-Guide and by making some remarks mainly of descriptive character.
