(140 pages)
(1990, 2nd edition: 1993)
In September, 1988 the Department of Hungarian
Language and Linguistics at the Juhász Gyula Teacher Training College in
Szeged organised a half-day conference on fundamental issues of text research.
The core of the first volume of Semiotic Textology is based on the conference
presentations, which have been enlarged and revised for publication.
The second part of Vol. 1 of Semiotic Textology
contains issues which were discussed after presentations by the participants
of the conference. These issues, whether they were brought up during presentations
or afterwards, have also been revised for publication.
