12. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: stand 2-2, 5 metre far from one of the ends of mat in front of the other end.

  1. step forward, left leg is in offensive position, keep hands high, close legs from the right,  stand on toes and swing arms back, keep them low at sides, step out to the right into right offensive position, arms held high, close legs from the left, lower into supported tuck position, lower arms, keep them straight at sides
  2. lower arms into supported tuck position, forward roll into supported tuck position
  3. jump into left crosswise straddle, hands are on hips, jump while altering legs, jump into straddle, keep arms straight at sides, jump while crossing legs and arms are on hips
  4. lower into Turkish seat, support body with hands behind the back, stretch legs forward, push legs10 cm high from the ground , bend left knee (left foot is at the right knee) alter legs, lower body, lie down into supine position,  stretch legs and keep arms straight at sides
  5. push legs and hips into shoulder stand(3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position, jump, swing arms, arms held high, land into supported tuck position
  6. backward roll into supported tuck position, push back left leg high up into offensive position, swing arms back in low position, starting position
