Exercises in shallow water
Dive into water can happen within a short time, especially with a wide range of equipment. It is more difficult to learn to keep eyes open. It is crucial that children could orientate themselves in water.
The first phase of exercises is very easy. In breast-deep water children walk, run, turn and do simple gymnastic motions. They are new stimuli and getting used to them is not so easy. Naturally these exercises can be done in groups, individually and teams.
