Push-up exercises
- Starting position: In a normal push up position (prone position), put your hands on the balance disc, keep balance.
- Starting position: In a normal push up position (prone position), put your hands on the balance disc, bend and straighten your arms. (If we do the exercise with smaller children, they can keep their knees on the ground during the exercise), keep balance.
- Starting position: In a normal push up position (prone position), put your hands on the balance disc. Alternately lift your legs backward.
- Starting position: A normal push up position (prone position) behind the disc; 'step on' the disc with your left, then with your right hand in a push up position, then step down, one hand after the other, to the starting position.
I hope everyone has found some exercises in the exercise collection which they can apply, and that the videos will facilitate their proper implementation.
