Sitting exercises
- Starting Position: sitting on the balance disc, bent knees, feet on the floor in front of the disc; raise your legs in the air, stretch your arms to each side, maintain balance in this position.
- Starting Position: sit on the balance disc, hands behind head; lift the legs and cycle in the air, change the direction of cycling on a signal.
- Starting Position: sit on the balance disc, hands on the floor, behind the disc; raise your legs and stretch them forward, spread and close the feet, then bring them down to the starting position.
- Starting Position: sit on the balance disc, hands on the floor, behind the disc; raise your left leg, then the right leg, close the feet in the air, then bring the legs down, one after the other, on two separate beats.
- Starting Position: sit on the balance disc, hands on the floor, behind the disc; raise and stretch your legs in the air, do leg scissors.
- Starting Position: as in the exercises above, but moving the knee-bent legs to the right and to the left side, balancing with the body.
- Starting Position: sit on the balance disc, bent knees, feet on the floor; hold your knees with your hands, in that position spread and close the legs.
