Dribble the ball

The acquisition of dribbling the ball takes place already at the age of 6 to 8 years, but further practice is necessary in the form of schooling, together with the development of the sense of globe. According to the modern training, at this age, from 6 to 14 years, children should touch the ball at least 5 or 6 hundred times, so that they can adequately develop. The first step of this process is dribbling the ball and the development of the sense of globe, whose main point is that the players should touch the ball with every surface and part of the foot, and the movement can be forward, backward and sideways too. These exercises can be made more difficult by pylons and buoys, which can be placed not only freely, but also in various shapes. It is important to note that a basic task of the training is that every technical element should be practised evenly with both feet.
