Headers
Although the foundations are laid in a lighter form earlier, the instruction of the headers starts at the age of 10 to 11 years. We must know the difference between offensive and defensive headers, and their performance, jumping up with one or two legs. It is very important that children should not be afraid; they should head with their forehead, and not with their eyes closed. One of the most effective forms of practice to teach headers is the various heading games.
