The movement of students without the ball
Today’s modern volleyball does not allow a standing (not moving away) game. For the sake of success, a constantly ready state is required, students have to position themselves, move and align to the coming ball. These position changes are referred to as movements without the ball.
The objective is always economy and speed, to perform the movements without the ball, in line with the technical elements, as precisely and successfully as possible.
