Reception
Players must be able to apply all types of reception during matches. Here the main difficulty may be to overcome fear and pain (when receiving the ball by thigh or chest) in the trainings. Receiving the ball is one of the most important technical elements, and it is useful to practise it simulating match situations as soon as possible.
