Warm-up:

  • Step /step-close/, pull arms backward and forward

  • Double step

  • Step forward

  • Pull up knee, stretch forward

  • Step forward, swing heel

  • Pull up knee, swing heel

  • Pull up knee to the left

Exercises to strengthen arms

With weight:

  • Straddle position, feet about shoulder-width apart. Arms in lateral position, pull elbows back. 

  • Straddle position, feet about shoulder-width apart. Stretch elbows upward.

  • Straddle position, lower arms. Bend elbows/biceps/.

  • Bending position, arms lowered. Turn weights in both directions.
  • Exercises to strengthen arms and legs
  • Pull up knee, swing heel forward and backward

  • Run in place and box
