Caldarium

It was the part of classical Roman baths and it meant a hot water steam cabin. Its walls and floor were all tiled.

People stayed in it for 30-40 minutes. The temperature was about 40-50 C, the humidity concentration of the air was about 70-100%. Due to these features it was less strenuous for the body.

It improved blood circulation, reduced muscular tension, and its use cleaned the respiratory organs as well as the skin.
