Infra sauna

Infra cabins are similar to natural sunlight, still, they are different, too.  Infra radiation permeate the air molecules without losing energy, but, similar to microwaves it heats up all solid objects in their way, including the human body.

The infra radiator is the heart and soul of the infra cabin. It emits invisible waves of a particular length, which permeate the air and the human body and get as far as the internal organs. The human body absorbs 95% of the beams and, as a result, the muscular tissue and the internal organs warm up.

The warming process begins in the innermost parts. In Finnish saunas it is different; the body warms up from the outside and it is the air that first warms up the skin. The effect though is identical, the heat would stimulate bodily regulatory functions, it would stimulate the skin and, through perspiration, it would try to cool the body. This is how bulk is removed from the body which is able to rejuvenate. The infra cabin is very efficient because it works with lower temperatures. Its temperature is only  40-60 °C, consequently, it is ideal for people who do not like high temperatures. Persons with high blood pressure or heart problems can also use it. Infra saunas offer an excellent treatment for inflammatory diseases, too.

Healing effects:

As a result of infra sauna use,  blood vessels will dilate, muscles become more flexible and light tissue injuries heal.  Hyperthermia is widely used in Europe to treat patients with arthritis, too.

Infrared therapy is also efficiently used in Japan to treat bursitis, rheumatic arthritis, dorsalgia, ischialgia, lumbago, headache, convulsions, sprains, as well as other muscular and bone dysfunctions. In several cases infrared saunas can ease old-age muscular stiffness and pain as well.

Good (brisk) blood circulation stimulates the perspiratory glands and body waste can easily be removed. Daily perspiration helps to detoxicate the body and free it from cancerous heavy metals and the harmful effects of alcohol, nicotine and cholesterol.

Several minutes spent in the warmth of the infrasauna cabin is worth of a good massage and it eases muscular and nervous tensions. Patients leave the cabin refreshed, revitalized and filled with energy to face their daily problems. Hyperthermia also rises the level of growth hormones in the body which play an important role in maintaining bodily tissues, including muscles. Hyperthermia is also beneficial for patients suffering from chronic fatigue because it helps to restore the necessary functions of the vegetative nervous system.

As perspiration is increasing in order to cool the body, the heart rate is increasing, too, and the circulation of blood improves. Exercising has the same effect on the body. The frequency of heart rate, cardiological supply and metabolic frequency also improve, while diastolic blood pressure goes down.  Due to the deep stimulating effect of infrasaunas, body temperature rises and this condition fakes (artificial) fever.  While the body fights to defeat this condition,  the immune system would become stronger in a natural way. The removal of heavy metals and body waste through perspiration would generally improve the health condition of sauna users and would reduce their tendency to become ill.

Infrasaunas operate at a temperature of 35-55 C, thus sauna use is safer and more pleasant. The long-wave infrared radiation permeates the human body muscles as deep as 3.5-4 cm. Due to this feature  perspiration rate increases by 3-4 times.

Beauticians and cosmetologists routinely use infrasaunas on a daily basis  in order to reduce the effects of cellulitis. Since the radiation reaches the deeper layers of the skin, cellulitis can be treated more efficiently than by using other methods.

Faster blood circulation stimulates perspiration glands and this is how the body is freed from waste and poisononous metals. The importance of infra cabins in both beauty care and medicine has been acknowledged in Hungary, too.

In infrasaunas perspiration and the burning of calories are parallel processes. During a single sauna session an average person produces about 500 g sweat and burns 300-600 calories. Thus infrasaunas can be considered by 300% more efficient than traditional saunas. Infra sauna therapy shortens the time of recovery for patients suffering from influenza or common cold, by strengthening the immune system. As it is attested by many years of practice, infrasauna sessions speed up the body’s natural healing process.
