When teaching children how to adapt to water the games and exercises of physical education classes are very useful. It is of utmost importance to learn and practice in a playful way because in this case children will not even notice that they are not on the ground they are familiar with, but they are in water instead. This way water may become a natural environment for them and they can explore its characteristics by performing natural movements including

 walking

  • running
  • bouncing
  • free exercises
