Danarium
It is similar to a tepidarium, a caldarium and a laconium.
It is a tiled room heated with steam, containing herbs. It improves the flexibility of muscles and nodes and it is beneficial in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
The temperature is from 0- 65 C, humidity is 0- 100 %.
Before using it people ae supposed to take a shower and dry themselves with a towel. After 15-20 minutes they go out to breathe some fresh air. The cabin needs to be aired. Having taken a refreshing shower people wait until their normal body temperature is restored, then they may continue their danarium session for another 30-40 minutes. They need to drink a lot. The procedure can be repeated twice a day.
