Methodological requirements to be met

  • The principle of progressivity: working gradually from the simple tasks toward the more difficult ones
  • Consideration of age-related characteristics: playfulness of tasks
  • In the teaching process the average achievement of the group needs to be considered. Each group has some outstanding children with outstanding achievement. Ont he other hand each group may have some children too, in it, who have difficulties with performing certain tasks.
  • Careful planning is important, too. The tasks must be built on one another.
  • Time management. The necessary amount of time needs to be allocated to do each task.
  • A number of repetitions and practice time of a particualr length are needed to achieve the desirable result.
