The proportion and content of organizational tasks
Having chosen the appropriate organizational form, similat to other events organization duties, there are three groups of tasks to be performed:
- Preparational tasks (60%);
- Concrete organizational tasks (30%)
- Post-competition organizatioanl and management tasks (10%)
