Aquafitness is a combination of these three elements that are so fundamental to our lives.’

Aim

The aim of this teaching material is to acquaint teachers and students with this new type of exercises. An additional goal is to enable instructors to use these exercises within the framework of their PE lessons. This way they can offer varied exercises and make PE lessons more enjoyable for their learners.
