6.2.2. Types of exercise.

Fill in the table with the statements about aerobic and anaerobic exercise.


Sources of statements:

a)      a type of exercise intense enough to start lactate formation

b)      athletes in non-endurance sports use it

c)      body builders use it to build muscle mass

d)     for example spinning,  running, swimming, hiking, cross-country skiing
