6.4.3. Parts of a poster.

Definitions:

  1. In this part of the poster you draw conclusions based on your results.
  2. In this part of the poster you interpret your results in the wider context of previous results in the field.
  3. In this part of the poster you sum up your questions and results again.
  4. This part of the poster describes the most important findings of your work, preferably using as many tables and diagrams as possible.
  5. This part of the poster gives a detailed description of the importance of your field of research, the research gap you focus on, and introduce previous research done in the field.
  6. This part of the poster gives a detailed description of the methods you used and the subjects participating in the investigation.
  7. This part of the poster gives the short and succinct description of your work, where you explain why your work is important, briefly state your questions, methods and results.
